Client Operations Associate

Augustine Asset Management seeks a Client Operations Associate to perform duties and projects in support of the firm’s client service and marketing activities.  The successful candidate must have strong organizational and communications skills, ability to work with business office software and web services, and an anticipatory and problem-solving mindset.  Commitment to client satisfaction, communication effectiveness, and operational efficiency is critical to the role.

Primary Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support in the firm’s client and marketing related workflows to ensure business effectiveness and team efficiency.
  • Operate customer relationship management and financial planning technology platforms, ensuring completeness and accuracy and producing appropriate reports for internal and external constituents.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date company and investment strategy information on institutional investment management databases.
  • Execute client-related workflows and liaise with third-party financial institutions on matters that require a high degree of timeliness, diligence, and accuracy.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events related to the firm’s client service and marketing efforts.
  • Receive, screen, and respond to external communications, in conjunction with other team members as required.
  • Assist with the physical functioning of the office, ensuring adequate supplies of materials, filing of records, and disposing securely confidential or sensitive materials.
  • Liaise with vendors under the guidance of senior staff.

  • Ability to anticipate operational requirements, implement solutions with limited supervision, and identify areas for improved efficiency.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks independently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency with office technology/software and ability to learn new digital skills.
  • Good oral and written communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to keep secure confidential information.
  • Ability to integrate with our team in a manner conducive to high effectiveness, efficiency, and morale.
